Small sustainable entrepreneurs face various challenges. Especially if they are working in the “making the world a better place”-business. Stefan Durwael was director of FTO (for 25 years) and also the Executive Director of WFTO (for 4 years). He will share his insights into some of these challenges: for example the fine balance between CSR cooperation vs. differentiation. How does one maximize the impact: via a bigger sales volume or by cooperating with the most disadvantaged? As well as the tension between sending a political message vs. simply telling a good marketing story. Expect a very experienced lecturer with big insights into the field!
